is there a dress code?

Oriole does not have a dress code. You are welcome to come however you are most comfortable!


Where can i find parking?

Free parking is often available on Walnut Street. You are welcome to call ahead to check if a space is available. Metered parking is plentiful along Desplaines Street and Union Avenue and we are happy to refresh your meter! Additionally, a climate-controlled garage is located just half a block north of the restaurant at 650 W Fulton Market. The cost is $4 for all night parking. 


how far in advance are reservations available?

Reservations can be made online via OpenTable up to 90 days from the calendar date. All available reservations are shown online; we do not hold back any tables. If you would like to book a date further in advance, we are happy to help make the reservation for you by phone at (312)877-5339. 


Do you have a wait list?

 

Yes! If a reservation is not available on the date you are looking for, we are happy to reach out to you should one come available.


can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

 

The chefs are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions, allergies and aversions with at least 24 hour notice ahead of your reservation. With advance notice, the chefs are able to order ingredients and create thoughtful alternatives where necessary. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to the menu without advance notice. At the moment, we are not able to accommodate vegan diners.


Can oriole host my private event?

 

Oriole does not have a private dining room, but buy out options are available to host groups of up to 28 guests. Available dates can be limited and typically require at least 90 days advance notice. For more information, please contact hospitality@oriolechicago.com.
