welcome to oriole

Oriole is a restaurant hidden down an alley-like street in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, offering an extended tasting menu presented by Executive Chef & Owner Noah Sandoval and Pastry Chef & Partner Genie Kwon.

Earning two Michelin stars in its first year and named Best New Restaurant by Chicago Magazine, the team hosts 28 in an intimate and elegant dining room shared with an open kitchen.

The cost of the menu is $190 per person. In addition to cocktails and an old world inspired wine list, a thoughtfully selected pairing is offered to accompany your meal, curated by sommelier Aaron McManus, for $125. Aaron also has selected special bottles with some older vintages and iconic producers for a reserve pairing at a cost of $250.

A non-alcoholic pairing is also available, featuring intricate and original recipes created by renowned mixoligist Julia Momose. The intriguing and flavorful beverages leave nothing missed and are presented for a cost of $75.

Never bending to industry trends, the dishes and service at Oriole give guests a thought-provoking and interactive experience, where the diner is the true focus of the meal.

We look forward to welcoming you to Oriole!
